Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2005, the House
Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Woolley, at 9:04 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Absent: Representative Miller (1).
A quorum was present.
Representative Woolley moved to adopt a proposed rule for floor
consideration on HB 2: The rule is as follows:
Pursuant to Rule 3, Section 5(2), and Rule 6, Section 16(f), the
Committee on Calendars proposes adoption of the following rule
governing floor consideration of HB 2:
All original amendments that will be offered during second
reading consideration of CSHB 2 must be filed with the chief
clerk not later than 9 am, Monday, March 7, 2005.
Seconded by Representative Turner.
The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Seconded by Representative Callegari.
