Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 5, 2005,
the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was
called to order by the acting chair, Representative Seaman at
3:07 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Seaman; Elkins; Kolkhorst; Luna;
McCall; Rose (6).
Absent: Representatives Woolley; Callegari; Miller; Turner;
Van Arsdale (5).
A quorum was present.
Representative Seaman moved to place the following measures:
on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, May 10, 2005: SB15,
HB1212; and
on the General State Calendar for Tuesday, May 10, 2005: HB211,
HB2339, HB886, HB884.
Seconded by Representative Kolkhorst.
The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Seaman; Elkins; Kolkhorst; Luna;
McCall; Rose (6).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representatives Woolley; Callegari; Miller;
Turner; Van Arsdale (5).
At 3:08 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
