         SB62; and 
          
         on the Constitutional Amendments Calendar for  Sunday, July 17,  
         2005:  HJR24. 
          
         Seconded by Representative Seaman. 
          
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

         Nays:           None (0).

         At 10:04 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
