         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 18,  
         2005, the House Committee on Civil Practices met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Nixon, at 11:37 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Representative Talton offered a complete committee substitute.

         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Rose moved that HB 107, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:
