Absent: Representatives Jones, Delwin; Allen, Ray; Noriega, Melissa (3). A quorum was present. HB 129 The chair laid out HB 129 as pending business. (Representative Noriega, Melissa now present.) (Representative Allen, Ray now present.) Representative Hochberg offered a complete committee substitute. The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection. The bill was left pending without objection. HB 93 The chair laid out HB 93 as pending business. The chair explained the measure. Representative Haggerty moved that HB 93, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
