The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2005, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Allen, Ray, at 8:12 a.m. The roll was answered as follows: Present: Representatives Allen, Ray; Smith, Wayne; Casteel; Laney; Otto (5). Absent: Representatives Coleman; Farabee; Naishtat; Olivo (4). A quorum was present.
