         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19,  
         2005, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative

         Representative Smith, Wayne moved to reconsider the vote by  
         which SB 1510, as amended, failed to be favorably reported from  
         committee. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

                         Casteel; Farabee; Otto (5). 
          
         Nays:           None (0). 
          
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

         Representative Smith, Wayne moved that SB 1510, as amended, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:

                         Casteel; Coleman; Farabee; Otto (6). 
          
         Nays:           Representative Olivo (1).

         At 2:56 p.m., on the motion of Representative Smith, Wayne and  
          without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call
