Pursuant to a motion to allow the Committee on Criminal
Jurisprudence (Committee) to meet during the reading and
referrals of bills and an announcement from the house floor on
March 17, 2005, the Committee met in a formal meeting and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Keel, at 1:06 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Pena moved to reconsider the vote by which the
measure failed to receive affirmative vote from committee. The
motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
Representative Hodge moved that HB 752, without amendments, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
