Pursuant to a notice posted on April 14, 2005 and pursuant to a
suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 19, 2005 to allow
the committee to consider SB 60, the House Committee on Criminal
Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by
the chair, Representative Keel, at 8:07 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
