Pursuant to a notice posted on April 21, 2005, and pursuant to a
suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 26, 2005, to allow
the committee to consider SB 1006, the House Committee on
Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Keel, at 6:07 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
