2005, and pursuant to a suspension of all necessary rules to
allow the committee to meet while the house is in session on May
11, 2005, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a
formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Keel, at 3:48 p.m.
