Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 19,
2005, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a
formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Keel, at 11:55 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

The chair laid out SB 440.
The chair explained the measure.

The chair moved that SB 440, without amendments, be reported
favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do
pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following
record vote:

The chair moved that SB 1275, without amendments, be reported
favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do
pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following
record vote:

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which SB 1275 was
reported from committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed
without objection.
The chair moved that SB 1275, without amendments, be reported
favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do
pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and
Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record
vote:
