Absent: None (0). A quorum was present. The Chair laid out the recommendation of the Master of Discovery pertaining to Contestant Jack Stick. The recommendation of the Master is to assess the Contestant $1,500 in costs and to refund the remaining amount of the cost bond to the Contestant. Representative Eiland moved that the recommendation of the Master be adopted. Representative Denny moved that the Committee recommendation be forwarded to the full House for its consideration.
