         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on February 21,  
         2005, the House Committee on Elections met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Denny, at  
         10:48 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Denny; Bohac; Smith, Todd; Anchia;  
                    Anderson; Jones, Jesse (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representative Hughes (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The chair directed that the February 16, 2005, minutes for the  
         House Committee on Elections be corrected. The corrected minutes  
         were authorized without objection. 
          
         At 10:49 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
