Absent: Representatives Anchia; Anderson (2). A quorum was present. SB 427 The chair laid out SB 427. Representative Denny offered a complete committee substitute. (Representative Anderson now present.) Representative Denny explained the measure. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Bohac moved that SB 427, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
