         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 10, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at  
         2:01 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Smith, Wayne (5). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Howard; Homer (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 2:39 p.m., on the motion of Representative Kuempel and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call  
         of the chair.
