         On March 8, 2005, the House Committee on Environmental  
         Regulation authorized the correction of the  minutes for the  
         meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held  
         on February 22, 2005. The following are the corrected minutes  
         for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 17, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at  
         2:01 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Bonnen; Howard; King, Tracy; Driver;  
                    Kuempel; Smith, Wayne (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representative Homer (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 965 
          
         The chair laid out HB 965. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Haggerty to explain the  
         measure.  
          
         Representative Howard offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Haggerty to close on the  
         measure.  
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.

         The chair laid out HB 86. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Smith, Wayne to explain the  
         measure.  
          
         Representative Kuempel offered an amendment to the measure.
