         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2006 and revised on  
         April 25, 2006, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation  
         met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Bonnen, at 10:04 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Bonnen; Howard, Charlie; Driver;  
                    Homer; Kuempel; Smith, Wayne (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representative King, Tracy (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Interim Charge 2 
          
         The chair laid out the second interim charge. 
          
         (Representative King, Tracy now present.) 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         Interim charge was left pending without objection.  
          
         At 11:35 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
