         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 5, 2006, the House Committee  
         on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 10:00  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Bonnen; Howard, Charlie; King, Tracy;  
                    Driver; Kuempel (5). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Homer; Smith, Wayne (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (Representative Homer now present.) 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:37 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
