Pursuant to a notice posted on March 16, 2005, the House
Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 1:29 p.m.

Representative Seaman moved that HB1328, without amendments, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
