CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 20, 2005, the House Committee on Insurance authorized the
correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Insurance held on May 16, 2005. The following are
the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on May 11, 2005 and a suspension of
the 5-day posting rule on May 16, 2005, the House Committee on
Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the
chair, Representative Smithee, at 7:15 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Smithee; Isett; Eiland; Keffer, Bill;
Taylor; Thompson (6).
Absent: Representatives Seaman; Oliveira; Van Arsdale (3).
A quorum was present.
SB 14
Representative Thompson moved to reconsider the vote by which Sb
14 failed to pass out of committee. The motion to reconsider
prevailed without objection.
Representative Thompson moved to reconsider the vote by which
the substitute to Sb 14 was adopted. The motion to reconsider
prevailed without objection. The committee substitute was
withdrawn without objection.
