Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2005, a revised posting
on March 3, 2005 and suspension of the 5 day posting rule on
March 7, 2005, the House Committee on Judiciary met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Hartnett, at 11:15 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
