Pursuant to a notice posted on November 15, 2006, and revised on November 27, 2006, the House Committee on Judiciary met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hartnett, at 10:21 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Hopson; Alonzo; Solis (3).
