Absent: Representatives Goolsby; Homer (2). A quorum was present. HB 1085 The chair recalled HB 1085 from subcommittee. The chair laid out HB 1085 and explained. The bill was left pending without objection. HB 2016 The chair laid out HB 2016 as pending business and explained. Representative Jones, Delwin moved that HB 2016, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The chair recognized Representative Chisum to explain the substitute. The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
