Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2005, the House
Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at
8:00 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

substitute.

be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
