CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 28, 2005, the House Committee on Land & Resource
Management authorized the correction of the minutes for the
meeting of the House Committee on Land & Resource Management
held on March 31, 2005. The following are the corrected minutes
for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2005, the House
Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at
7:03 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Mowery; Cook, Robby; Leibowitz;
Miller; Orr (5).
Absent: Representatives Harper-Brown; Pickett; Blake; Escobar
(4).
A quorum was present.
