Absent: Representatives Cook, Robby; Escobar; Leibowitz; Miller (4). A quorum was present. SB 62 The chair laid out SB 62. Representative Harper-Brown offered a complete committee substitute. The chair recognized Representative Harper-Brown to explain the measure. The chair recognized Representative Harper-Brown to close on the measure. Representative Harper-Brown moved that SB 62, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
