         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 9, 2005,  
         the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Puente, at  
         10:01 a.m.

         HB 1670 
          
         The chair laid out HB 1670 as pending business.  
          
         The chair offered a complete committee substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Hope moved that HB 1670, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:

                         Campbell; Geren; Hardcastle (7).
