CORRECTED MINUTES On May 9, 2005, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Pensions & Investments held on March 17, 2005. Absent: Representatives McClendon (1). A quorum was present. HB1594 The chair laid out HB1594. Representative Rodriguez offered a complete committee substitute. Representative Eiland moved that HB604, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.
