         Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February  
         21, 2005, the House Committee on Public Education, Subcommittee  
         on Technical Formula Issues , met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 11:15  
         a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Hochberg; Eissler; Keffer, Bill (3). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:55 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed subject to the call of the chair. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 2:55 p.m. and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Hochberg. The roll was answered as  
         follows:

         Absent:    Representative Eissler (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.
