         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2006, and revised on May  
         8, 2006, and a suspension of the 24 hour posting rule to allow  
         the House Committee on Public Education to hear HB 166 , the  
         House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Grusendorf, at  
         2:10 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
