Absent: Representative Truitt (1). A quorum was present. HB 2706 The chair laid out HB 2706 as pending business which was heard by the full committee in a previous hearing. Representative Coleman offered a complete committee substitute. (Representative Truitt now present.) Testimony was taken. (See attached witness list.) The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection. The bill was left pending without objection.
