         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 20,  
         2005, and a suspension of the House Rules for permission to meet  
         while the House was in Session, the House Committee on Public  
         Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Delisi, at 1:31 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Representative McReynolds moved that SB 1581, without  
         amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the  
         recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion  
         prevailed by the following record vote:

         Nays:           None (0).
