         Pursuant to a suspension of the 24-hour posting rule on July 5,  
         2005, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Delisi, at 3:04 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    McReynolds; Zedler (6). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Laubenberg; Coleman; Solis (3). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 65. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Delisi to explain the  
         measure.

         The chair recognized Representative Delisi to close on the  
         measure.  
          
         Representative Jackson, Jim moved that HB 65, without  
         amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the  
         recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion  
         prevailed by the following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:           Representatives Delisi; Coleman; Dawson;  
                         Jackson, Jim; McReynolds; Zedler (6). 
          
         Nays:           None (0). 
          
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

         At 3:21 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
