         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2005,  
         the House Committee on Regulated Industries met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         King, Phil, at 5:16 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Turner; Baxter; Cook, Robby (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 3179 
          
         The chair laid out HB 3179. 
          
         Representative King, Phil offered a complete committee  
         substitute. 
          
         The chair explained the measure. 
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Hunter moved that HB 3179, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:

                         Hartnett (4). 
          
         Nays:           None (0). 
          
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

         At 5:19 p.m., on the motion of Representative Hunter and without  
         objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the
