         Pursuant to a notice posted on December 8, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Regulated Industries met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at  
         10:15 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives King, Phil; Hunter; Turner; Cook,  
                    Robby (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Crabb; Hartnett (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m., December 12, 2005. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 1:35 p.m. and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative King, Phil. The roll was answered as  
         follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives King, Phil; Hunter; Turner; Cook,  
                    Robby (4). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Crabb; Hartnett (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.
