Pursuant to a notice posted on November 3, 2006, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation, & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 10:00 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hilderbran; Gallego; Howard, Donna; Phillips (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Kuempel; Dukes; Dunnam (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony was taken.  At 12:17 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
