Pursuant to a notice posted on April 6, 2005, the House
Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Swinford, at 8:21
a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Wong expressed her concerns and reservations
regarding the language in the committee substitute to HJR 6 that
was discussed at the hearing on April 4th, 2005.
Representative Miller moved that HJR 6, without amendments, be
reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
The motion prevailed by the following record
