Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 11,
2006, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Swinford, at 1:59 p.m.

The chair laid out HCR 43.
Representative Keffer, Jim moved that HCR 43, without
amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion
prevailed by the following record vote:

Jim; Villarreal; Wong (5).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
