Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2005, the House
Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called
to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, Jim, at 3:25 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Smithee (5).
Absent: Representatives Villarreal; Edwards; Grusendorf;
Woolley (4).
