Senator Brimer moved that SB 1100 do not pass but that CSSB 1100 be reported favorable to the full Committee on Business and Commerce with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 3 ayes, 0 nay, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent. The Chairman recalled SB 1764. Senator Lucio moved for adoption of committee substitute; without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Lucio moved that SB 1764 do not pass but that CSSB 1764 be reported favorable to the full Committee on Business and Commerce with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 3 ayes, 0 nay, 0 present not voting, and 2 absent. There being no further business, at 4:58 p.m. Senator Carona moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair.
