The chair called the meeting to order at 1:28 p.m. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: Senator Staples assumed the chair. The chair laid out SB 333 and recognized the author, Senator West, to explain the bill. Senator West moved that SB 333 be reported favorably to the Full Committee with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
