The chair recognized Tina Beck of the LBB to provide testimony on Article IV Special Provisions. Testimony was given on the following agencies with witnesses on the attached list: Supreme Court of Texas Court of Criminal Appeals Courts of Appeals At 9:50 a.m. Senator Ogden moved that the Committee stand recessed until 10:00 a.m.; without objection, it was so ordered. The Committee reconvened at 10:04 a.m. Testimony resumed on the following agencies, with witnesses on the attached list: State Office of Court Administration State Prosecuting Attorney State Law Library State Commission on Judicial Conduct At 10:53 a.m. Senator Ogden moved that the Committee stand recessed until 45 minutes after adjournment of the Senate; without objection it was so ordered.
