Senator Zaffirini called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. The following business was transacted:
The Committee heard invited testimony regarding Article I agencies. Witnesses testifying and registering on the agencies are shown on the attached list.
Senator Ogden resumed the chair.
Testimony on the Article I agencies continued.
At 12:23 p.m. Senator Ogden moved that the Committee stand recessed until 1:00 p.m. Without objection, it was so ordered.
Senator Ogden reconvened the Committee at 1:05 p.m.
Testimony on the Article I agencies resumed.
Senator Zaffirini assumed the chair.
