The Chair opened the floor to invited testimony on charges #3 and #4. The Chair moved that invited testimony be closed; without objection, it was so ordered. The Chair opened the floor to public testimony on charges #3 and #4. At 12:05 p.m. Senator Deuell moved that the Committee stand recessed until 1:00 p.m; without objection, it was so ordered. At 1:06 p.m. the Committee reconvened. The Chair moved that public testimony on charges #3 and #4 be closed; without objection, it was so ordered.
