Chairman Carona laid out the Committee's Homeland Security related interim charges numbers 2, 3 and 7. Invited as well as public testimony on these charges followed. There being no further business, at 9:56 a.m. Senator Wentworth moved that the Committee stand recessed to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
