The Subcommittee will meet to hear invited testimony on Interim Charges
#1 and #6:

#1. Monitor the performance of state agencies and institutions, including
operating budgets and plans to carry out legislative intiatives, caseload
projections, performance measure attainment and other matters affecting the
fiscal condition of the agencies and the state.

#6. Analyze and compare service coordination and other administrative
across waiver programs as a continuation of the health and human services
system consolidation and optimization. This analysis should include
evaluation processes, procedures, outcomes and costs with the intent of
ensuring quality, defining best practices and reducing costs.
