Relating to prohibiting the sale of fireworks to a person under 18
years of age and to the penalty for the unlawful sale of fireworks
to certain persons.

Relating to the enforcement of the prohibition of the sale
fireworks to an intoxicated person and to the prosecution of
offenses involving fireworks.

Relating to creating reasonable regulation of the storage,
discharge, safe use, and oversight of fireworks.

Relating to the prohibited use of fireworks; providing penalties.

Relating to protection of animal shelters from fireworks.
