The Committee will conduct a joint public hearing with the Committee on
General Investigating and Ethics to take testimony on unresolved issues
pertaining to allegations of possible civil rights violations that may
have been committed under color of law in the application of nuisance
abatement authority by the City of Dallas.

The hearing will be held at UT Southwestern Medical Campus, 6001 Forest
Park Road, Medical Education & Conference Center, Room NG3.112.
