Interim Charge #2 - Evaluate the progress of Base Realignment and Closure
(BRAC) 2005 decisions and the redevelopment efforts of the affected
communities.  Determine ways the State is able to assist these communities
in redeveloping their infrastructure to accomodate closures or an influx
of military missions into their community.

Interim Charge #4 - Monitor the agencies and programs under the Committee's
jurisdiction.
           Statewide and Regional Disaster Preparedness and Response Plans,
including: evacuation authority, regional unified command structure,
regional communications, Mutual Aid agreements and evacuation
transportation issues.
